Whoever you are, Nelumbo Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is ready to help you start your journey. Whether you want to learn self-defense, get in shape or want to compete, we have a martial arts program that will meet your needs. Our Programs will teach you how to effectively defend yourself! We provide martial arts to children and adults in a safe and fun environment. Our instructors are trained using a curriculum developed by Professor Marcello C. Monteiro, which integrates martial arts with life skills.
